  • By receiving chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, vitamin injections, and/or aesthetics treatments at Dr George Wellness & Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

    1. Voluntary Treatment: You consent to the treatment(s) provided, understanding that outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed.


    2. Health Risks: While these treatments are generally safe, they may carry risks such as soreness, bruising, or in rare cases, more serious complications. Please ensure you inform your practitioner of any pre-existing conditions, medications, or allergies.


    3. No Guarantees: The results of treatments can vary from person to person, and no specific outcomes can be promised. Please discuss if you have any questions.


    4. Consultation & Disclosure: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information. It is advised that you consult your GP before commencing any new treatments, particularly if you are pregnant, have underlying health conditions, or are on medication.


    5. Aftercare: You agree to follow any aftercare instructions provided to optimise treatment results and minimise risks.


    6. Informed Consent: By proceeding with treatment, you confirm that you have been fully informed of the procedures and any associated risks, and that you consent to them voluntarily.

  • How to Claim Through BUPA for Chiropractic Treatment

    1. Check Your Coverage: Please confirm that chiropractic care is covered under your BUPA plan. You can do this by reviewing your policy or contacting BUPA directly. Some plans may require a GP referral.

    2. Book Your Appointment: When booking your appointment, let us know your BUPA membership details so we can verify your coverage.

    3. Pre-Authorisation (if required): Some BUPA plans may require pre-approval for chiropractic treatment. If this applies to you, please contact BUPA before your visit to get authorisation.

    4. Treatment & Invoice: After your treatment, we will provide you with an invoice for your sessions, which you can submit to BUPA for reimbursement.

    5. Submit Your Claim: You can submit the invoice via BUPA’s online portal or by post, depending on your preference.

    6. Claim Processing: BUPA will review your claim and reimburse you according to your coverage. You may be required to pay any excess or co-payment directly.
